What are the Pillow Plates?

This makes the liquids spread out more evenly. But if you put it in a big, busy factory where lots of fluid is flowing fast and you need to control the temperature very carefully, it might have problems. It's like a beginner trying to do a really hard job on a big stage. The dimple plate just can't handle a lot of fluid or move heat as well as it needs to in those tough situations.Pillow Plate:The pillow plate is really great at handling high pressures and lots of fluid. It's like the best dancer in a high performance heat exchange show. The little rooms inside the pillow plate make the fluids move in a way that makes heat move around perfectly. This means it can control the temperature just right. But because it's so fancy and takes a long time to make carefully, it costs a lot. So, if you don't have much money or you only need a small scale heat exchange, the pillow plate might be too expensive for you.

But the pillow plate also looks like a dimple, so now many people also say that the pillow plate is a dimple plate.
