What is a Bulk Solid Heat Exchanger?

This heat exchanger is specifically designed to cool solid or powdered materials. The materials enter from the top and then reach the area of the bank made of pillow plates. The bank has a large touch area with the materials, resulting in a large heat exchange area and high heat exchange efficiency. The materials can flow uniformly and completely between the plates. The cooling water enters from the lower part of the heat exchanger to achieve the heat exchange between hot and cold.

1. Chemical Industry:    - Fertilizer Prod.: Cools urea, NPK, etc. in fertilizer making. Hot granules enter exchanger, cool with medium, reach proper storage temp, ensuring quality.    - Inorg. Salt Proc.: Regulates temp of carbonates, etc. Controls heat in crystallization, like borates, enhancing product purity and quality. 2. Food Industry:    - Ingredient Proc.: Cools solid food like hot sugar granules, preventing sticking.
